Racist Christians Running the Show

I have been interacting with the Evangelical crowd for some time. I run across seemingly nice people who want to tell me the marketed version of Jesus. “He loves you,” they’ll say. “He loves everyone,” they’ll chime. I tell them that the bible is a tool of racists, of hate mongers… and they deny it.

Well consider this fellow, Patooey Louie:

He replied to one of my comments, where I said the only good bible is a burning one… In his snap judgement he figured I was a communist. hahahaha. What a moron.

As I scrolled through other Franklin Graham posts, I saw this one, “Do all of you Trump worshipers think screaming ‘white power’ is ok?” Here again, Patooey Louie jumped in, with his Christian gusto.

Franklin Graham is spinning the current issues of racism in the country to defend Donald Trump. Since Trump is against BLM… so must Graham… I mean they are in the proverbial bed together. This tactic though attracts racists like flies to horse shit.

This is an example of the failure of the bible. It can be used by the racist, as well as the kind hearted. More often the bible is used to justify hate and bigotry.

A racist christian will say that African people descend from Cain… they’ll tell you a story that slavery is a fine institution because Ephesians 6:5 says so… They have picked verses to make their doctrine of christianity… just like the open minded Christian did.

That’s why the bible has no value. If you can make it say one thing, and another person the opposite, then it has no value at all. It’s just an inconsistent book of nothing.

The important thing to remember, is that right now Franklin Graham is trying to push the Trump team agenda on BLM…. and in doing so he’s walking the same line as a bunch of racist christians.

While not all christians are racist, many are. If they aren’t racist, then they are bigoted towards some other groups. Burn the bible, I say, and find your own path… without the false idols, false god of the bible, false preachers, pastors. Be an individual, not a follower of political bias.

The Problem of a Savior

I grew up in the church system. My father a minister. As a child I had a confidence that I was “forgiven,” by god. I no longer follow the path, nor do I believe in the idea of personal salvation. While I do believe in a spiritual deity, I’m confident […]
